- Working with next-generation IVR, VoIP, Speech and Oracle Database technologies
- Take your skills to the next level, solving esoteric problems in a complex, high volume, realtime telco environment
- Based at a major customer site in Melbourne
Experience and Expertise
Your expertise in the following suite of technologies will enable you to excel in this diverse role.
- 5+ yrs in a similar IT related role with 3+ yrs in delivering telco solutions or relevant application support roles
- UNIX (Solaris) expertise
- IVR/CTI, VoiceXML applications, Voice recognition
- VoIP (SIP/RTP) HTTP and IP networking
- Oracle database
- Glassfish App Server
Qualifications
